1. Returnable/Exchangeable item
– Wrong items received from what you have ordered. (Example: wrong item, style or colour)
– Defective item(s) received. Defects include holes, fabric tear, discolouration and any major irreparable damages that cause the item to be unfit to be worn.
2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable items:
– Items ordered incorrectly or due to a change of mind.
– Measurements stated may vary 2-3cm as some items are mass produced.
– Minor loose threads, irregular fold and removable stains
– Colors shown may deviate slightly in reality as different tech devices have different color calibration and specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences.
– Sales/promotion items are not refundable/returnable/exchangeable.
– Items damages / color drop caused by mishandling of garments during washing.
3. Returns can only be made one time per order number.
4. Item(s) must be returned in brand new condition, unwashed (without any stains or scents including but not limited to fragrances, detergent) in their original packaging with the tag unremoved.
5. MyMarshal will send a brand new exact piece to buyer once the defective/incorrect item is received.
6. If the replacement item is no longer in stock, fully refund in store credit will be issued.
7. We regret to inform that we do not accept exchanges/returns for international orders at the moment. Do rest assured that all items will be specially checked before delivering.
1. We only refund in terms of store credit which can be used on your next purchase. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
2. You will receive store credit refund within 7 working days via email once your return received and inspected.
3. For defective returned items, a full refund including return shipping cost will be credited in terms of store credit. For non-defective returned items, refund will be excludes all shipping and handling fees.
EXCHANGE / REFUND PROCESS
1. If you received a defective/incorrect item upon receiving your parcel, please email us at within 24 hours with a photo of the defective or incorrect piece, as well as your order number for us to review and approve before returning the item to us.
2. Please note that any exchange/refund request that is submitted beyond 24 hours upon receiving the item will not be entertained.
3. All return parcels must reach us within 7 days (Malaysia) upon receiving return approval from us. Any return parcels which are returned to us before any acknowledgement/approval will not be entertained.
4. Please pack the items carefully, damage occurring in transit can cause the items to be returned to the buyer and no refund issued. For security and peace of mind, we recommend using courier services with tracking numbers as we are not liable for lost return parcels.
5. Should we find the returned item conditions are not met as aforementioned, we reserve the rights to reject the returns/refunds and any additional fees have to be borne by customer.
MyMarshal reserves the right to amend the terms from time to time without prior notice.
